BODYPUMP™ - The fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP™ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45-minute or one-hour workout. You’ll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights.

If you’re new to weights-resistance exercise or you’re out of shape, you should start with light weights. After a few classes you’ll recognize the correct weight for you. If you’re unsure, ask your instructor.

BODYCOMBAT™ - A non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Each 55-minute BODYCOMBAT™ class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

ZUMBA - An aerobic fitness class inspired by Latin dances. It also combines music such as salsa, meringue, African, Cha Cha, and hip-hop. There are several levels of experience available as well as variations such as Aqua Zumba, which takes place in the pool and Zumba Toning that was created specifically to lean your muscles.

CYCLE - Takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a spinning bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout. Envision yourself going up a long hill now where you cannot see the top, then pedal as fast as you can as you imagine yourself racing to the bottom. This helps you to focus inwardly and thus improve your workout results. Instructors use an onboard computer on each of our Keiser m3 bikes to lead you through a great cardio workout. The unique magnetic resistances on our spin bikes make you feel like you a truly riding a bike vs. bikes with a forward flywheel like in most gyms.

YOGA - One of the worlds most ancient and refined systems developed for the improvement of physical and mental health. Body, breath and mind must take an active part in the practice to create a deep integrated effect on the whole psycho-physical structure. It's good for the body and the soul.

PILATES - Designed to develop core strength and coordination. The focus of this class will be on traditional Pilates movement patterns, the use of breath and correct alignment. Participants will enjoy improvement in posture and overall toning.

STEP is a cardio workout that consists of choreographed step patterns. You will definitely challenge your body while burning off those calories. The workout intensity is determined by speed, travel, and execution of movements. Some is experience recommended because the class is so demanding. Everyone will experience a fun 60-minute cardio class using the step, followed by a cool down stretch.

ABS - Some of the hardest muscles to target and conquer. Let us help you work them in the most effective and fun way possible. Learn new ways to flatten your tummy and shape your stomach for bathing suit season.

SCULPT - A comfortably paced class of low impact aerobic dance and other basic cardio moves, followed by some limited resistance training/conditioning of a variety of muscle groups.

DANCE - The universal language of movement. Experience the joy of moving to music while improving your fitness and burning calories! You don't have to be a professional to show up, just be ready to sweat and love every minute of it. KICKBOXING - A circuit training routine with balance, coordination and strength moves of boxing and kickboxing. Enjoy the high intensity drills while getting a great cardio workout!

KID FITNESS is important because childhood obesity is on the rise. Get your kids involved in fitness early. Our certified Group Fitness Trainers will get your kids moving in this 50-minute class. We focus on age specific exercises, using lighter weights and resistance bands, speed agility and quickness drills to get your kids heart rates up. This is something we have added to our amenities that will allow mom and dad go the gym and workout as well as their kids. This class is for ages 6-11.
